ملخص
The goal of this strategic transnational and intersectorial partnership, that involves some high education organisations working in the audiovisual sector in Europe and in the Southern Neighbourhood countries, is to conceive and implement a common and innovative training in a multilateral context that aims at give to the students and to the young professionals the necessary skills for accessing a dynamic job market at the international level.
The definition of a high quality curriculum, based on an effective methodology and able to integrate the orientations and needs of the labor market in terms of specific and transversal skills required, will reinforce the role of higher education as a lever development and innovation in the TV production sector. The close collaboration and the specific and plural contribution of the 8 partners, coming from 6 European countries and the South Mediterranean, in all the activities of the project, in particular in the design of a highly international curriculum and an evaluation system based on shared criteria (which will also offer validation by ECTS credits), will be an important contribution to the reflection on the recognition of skills in a changing sector such as TV series.
