WP 1 - Management of the programme, networking and reporting (core activity) |
The main target of this work package is to make sure that all the EXAGE processes and activities are managed and executed in an efficient fashion, thus ensuring the high quality of the whole project. In order this, the following actions will be undertaken: a quality management plan, preparation of the progress and final reports, as well as a smooth and constant communication among the project members and between them and the European Commission |

WP 2 - Promotion of the programme and recruitment of entrepreneurs |
The purpose of this work package is to disseminate the project idea and actions so as to attract the highest amount of applicants possible. Plus, the enrollment activities for NEs and HEs will be developed in this package. |

WP 3 - Relationships building (core activity) |
The main goal of this activity is to ensure that all selected entrepreneurs share the objectives of this programme as well as to check that they are motivated to share experiences, knowledge, and project ideas with people from other countries. Likewise, another target is to keep these motivations up for the duration of the project and beyond so as to make sure that participants are satisfied with their participation in the EXAGE project. |

WP 4 - Relationships management (core activity) |
The main target of these activities is to support NEs and HEs for the duration of their mobilities. NEs will be supported not just to help him settle in the chosen country, but also to provide him with financial and logistical advice. In order to help them at the initial stages of this process, a starting course will be given to NEs. Any incident occurring at the first days of the stay will also be taken care of by the IOs and the partnership. |
