O1 - Training needs and professional skills analysis |
The output consists of two reports that are the basis for the development of the other project
activities. The first document consists of an analysis of the IoT state of art at European level. The second document consists of an analysis of the professional skills required in the area of IoT and an analysis of the labour market actual situation and prospective of employability.

O2 - IoT4SMEs Qualifications |
The project identifies the need to design European professional qualifications that would guarantee the professionalism and the readiness for applying IoT technologies at larger scale.
These qualifications will be defined based on the findings of the need analysis conducted by
the partners and considering the technological development through the over 60 R&D
projects in the field. Moreover, the qualifications will be defined and in line with the European lifelong learning instruments (units of learning outcomes, EQF level recommended, credit points, assessment and validation procedures, mobility provisions)

O3 - IoT didactic demonstrators |
The output consists of the physical implementation of highly innovative demonstrators of IoT technologies. The demonstrators intend to be didactic labs where the students can make practical experiences in controlled situation but using real equipment. The demonstrators will be remotely controlled; this will allow the students to use them even at distance, ensuring a wider audience. |

O4 - Interviews and showcases |
The output consists of a collection of interviews and showcases regarding practical
applications of IoT technology in different field of applications. The aim is to produce some
didactic material that can concretely give evidence of the use of IoT technologies and applications. |

O5 - Training courses |
The output consists of a collection of training courses, produced in different languages and addressing different aspects of IoT, connected to the qualifications in O2. The courses have different targets (companies, public bodies and people in general) and will be created by Universities, SMEs and experts of the sector (work based learning). |

O6 - IoT Handbook |
The output consists of a Handbook on IoT technologies and applications. The document want to offer a concise, “hands-on” handbook for all professionals who adopt/ manage/ implement IoT technologies and applications. The Handbook will be complementary to the other IOs and will support the trainees after the acquisition of the certifications. |
