Introduction

Uninettuno is Project Coordinator and responsible for:

  1. Activity 2.2 (Development of educational content),
  2. Activity 2.4 (Evaluation of the pilot and finalization of the Training Kit)


Summary

GIF intends to develop, test and validate a Competence Framework (CF) that covers all areas of competence foreseen by the EU Green Deal, involving both academic experts, professional trainers, and managers of SMEs, and to produce guides and materials that allow implementing activities educational, training, evaluation or citizen involvement.


Description

The Green Deal Europe is an ambitious plan that will impact EU citizens and organizations in the coming years. For it to be successful, an active involvement of citizens and key actors is necessary, with the aim of increasing knowledge, awareness and skills in the main areas of interest of the Green Deal, ranging from climate, to food, to pollution. , mobility, construction and ecosystems. The main objective of the GIF project is to improve the environmental footprint of SMEs in the fashion / textile sector, a sector of great importance in the countries involved. GIF intends to develop, test and validate a Competence Framework (CF) that covers all areas of competence foreseen by the EU Green Deal, involving both academic experts, professional trainers, and managers of SMEs, and to produce guides and materials that allow implementing activities educational, training, evaluation or citizen involvement.


Objectives

The specific objectives of the project are:

Project Result PR1 - Development of the GIF Competence Framework adopts a fully participatory multi-stakeholder approach, and intends to provide a complete and "testable" competence framework based on inputs from the identified target group (fashion SME experts, managers, leaders ), which will form the basis for the training kit that will be tested in the second phase of the project.

Project Result PR2: GIF Training Kit provides for the development of a training program that will allow trainers, industries and training institutes to easily design courses and programs, using the support tools specifically produced by the project. In particular, GIF provides for the co-design and development of:

  1. training programs, co-designed with teachers and trainers of different educational levels;
  2. educational content, packaged together with educational programs, digital and accessible, that can be reused by other educators and institutions;
  3. a user guide, providing practical support in implementation;
  4. use cases, which will report the experiences of the various pilot projects implemented.

UNINETTUNO Role

Uninettuno is Leader of this partnership with the role of technical and administrative coordinator and responsible for the Intellectual Output 2 "GIF Training Kit"
