Objectives

The project stands a pilot for the realization of European network for tertiary education, based on traditional universities, open and distance universities, on technology providers and telecommunications operators.
The objective consists in validating a network based on EuroISDN, for higher education through experimentations conducted on the small-scale model of 10 universities and the identification of plan for implementing a European-level network including nearly 100 universities as a pilot.

  • A list of concrete functions for developing the network, a list of criteria for validating the pilot.
