Summary

Consortium of universities and higher education institutions, organizations, youth associations and technology companies from Europe (Greece, Italy, Slovenia), Israel and Morocco. Its objective is to promote intercultural and interreligious dialogue through the organization of COIL modules, shared virtual events and other activities. Courses and other training activities delivered within the project will be accredited within the participating institutions, so as to issue ECTS, Virtual Exchange digital badges, and/or micro-credentials.

Description

The IMPACT (Inter-Mediterranean Peace And CollaboraTion) project is a consortium of Universities and Higher Education Institutions (HEI), organizations, youth associations and technology companies from Morocco, israel and Europe (Greece, Italy, Slovenia) whose main objective is to promote intercultural and interreligious dialogue.

The consortium fosters virtual exchange among groups of students of various nationalities and religions, with a focus on Israel and Morocco, promoting the development of their students' cross-cultural, digital and intercultural communication skills. The project involves the design and testing of virtual exchanges through COIL modules, virtual events and other activities through the use of innovative psycho-pedagogical methodologies and models. The goal is to create a model that can be replicated in other areas of the World.

IMPACT's courses and other training activities will be accredited within the participating institutions so as to issue ECTS, Virtual Exchange digital badges, and/or micro-credentials. All certificates provided will be transferable and credible through Blockchain technology.

Objectives

The main objective of IMPACT is the promotion of intercultural and interreligious dialogue.through the development of soft, digital, communication and intercultural skills of students from Morocco, Israel, and the European Union.

To this end, the consortium Envisages the design and testing of virtual exchanges through COIL modules to foster virtual exchange between groups of students of various nationalities and religions, with a focus on Israel and Morocco, Innovative psycho-pedagogical methodologies and models are to be used.

UNINETTUNO Role

UNINETTUNO is the leader of Work Package 2 (Preparation and Development of Virtual Campus) and actively collaborates in Work Packages 1, 3, and 4.

The University has an active role within the following tasks:

- T1.4 Quality Assurance

- T2.1 Agree and design the modules and activities of Collaborative Online International Learning - COIL. 

- T2.3 Capacity building of teaching staff

- T3.3 Design and preparation of the Learning Management System.
