The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO is located at the heart of Rome, in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, no. 39.

The University is located near Pantheon, Piazza Venezia, Senate, and other points of interest in Rome.

The University is easily reached from the railway stations and well connected by public transport.

How to reach us by plane

In Rome there are two airports: Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci) and Ciampino.
The Fiumicino airport is the main airport of the city served by most international airlines. It is well connected with the city centre by train, bus and taxi.
Ciampino airport is located in the southern part of the city and is mainly served by low cost airlines. It is connected with the city centre by bus and taxi.

 

To get to the University from Fiumicino Airport

By train

There are two types of trains:

- Leonardo Express runs non-stop service dedicated exclusively to the passengers of the airport to/from Roma Termini with departures every 30 minutes and a journey time of 32 minutes. Once arrived at Termini station, you can reach the University taking bus n° 40 (4 stops) or n° 64 (8 stops) and getting out in the stop Largo di Torre Argentina.

- Regional Trains (FR1) are cheaper but less frequent than Leonardo Express. Furthermore, these trains stop at some stations in the centre of Rome: Trastevere (30 minutes), Ostiense (30 minutes), Tuscolana (38 minutes), and Tiburtina (45 minutes). To reach the University you can get out at Trastevere station and take the tram n° 8 to the stop Largo di Torre Argentina.

By bus

Different bus companies connect the Fiumicino airport to the city centre: COTRAL, SIT BUS, T.A.M.  Srl, TERRAVISION, ATRAL-SCHIAFFINI.
Bus of all the companies stop near Roma Termini station, from where you can take the following bus in order to get to the stop Largo di Torre Argentina – bus n° 40 (4 stops) or n° 64 (8 stops).

The taxi fare from Fiumicino airport to the University is €48,00.

 

To get to the University from Ciampino Airport

By bus

The same companies operated at Fiumicino airport run also from/to Ciampino airport: COTRAL, SIT BUS, T.A.M.  Srl, TERRAVISION, ATRAL-SCHIAFFINI.
Bus of all the companies stop near Roma Termini station, from where you can take the following bus in order to get to the stop Largo di Torre Argentina – bus n° 40 (4 stops) or n° 64 (8 stops).

The taxi fare from Ciampino airport to the University is €30,00.

 

How to reach us by train

Roma Termini station is the main railway terminal of the city. The station is connected to most Italian cities and to some international destinations due to the High-Speed trains of Trenitalia, Intercity and Regional trains. If you arrive at the Roma Termini station, you can reach the University taking the bus n° 40 (4 stops) or n° 64 (8 stops) in order to get to the stop Largo di Torre Argentina.

Roma Tiburtina station is served by High-Speed trains of Trenitalia and NTV, and Regional trains. If you arrive at the Roma Tiburtina station, you can reach the University taking the bus n° 62 (19 stops) in order to get to the stop Largo di Torre Argentina.

Alternatively, you can take the Metro Line B to Termini station and then continue by bus. Train timetables are available on the websites of the two main operators: Trenitalia and Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori.

 

How to reach us by metro

Rome is served by two metro lines, whose stations are not very close to the headquarters of the University. The metro runs from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM. The map of the metro lines is available here.

If you use the Metro Line A, the nearest station is “Barberini” (1,7 km), from which you can continue taking the bus n° 62 or n° 492.
If you use the Metro Line B, the nearest station is “Colosseo” (1.4 km), from which you can continue taking the bus n° 87 n° 186.

 

How to reach us by bus

Rome is served by a dense network of bus and tram active both day and night. You can find routes and timetables on the website of ATAC,the company that manages the local public transport of Rome. The closest stop to the University is Largo di Torre Argentina.
