This Master’s Course starts with an introductory virtual class aimed at describing study and distance learning tools and at presenting the aims and contents of each module.
Each participant will be assigned a set of modules depending on his previous educational path in order to reach a total amount of 30 ECTS credits on the whole. The modules comprised in the online Master’s Course in Strategies and Techniques of Project Management will be delivered in two periods (please consult the calendar:
course delivery schedules) and at their end the candidates will have to take a written face-to-face exam. (please see the guide to the exams).
The Master’s Course will be structured in four periods (see the Calendar sections for any details):
the first two ones are devoted to the attendance of the video lessons and to self-study or to study supported by academic staff who is responsible for these courses and of the many distance learning activities. The third period envisages two project works aimed at connecting the various training activities carried on in the first two periods to internship activities and preparation of the final dissertation, which is envisaged for the following and last period; these activities assure 14 ECTS credits on the whole.
The fourth period is devoted to an internship period and to the preparation of a final dissertation corresponding to 16 ECTS credits on the whole, in which the candidate will assist a corporate professional profile and will take part to actual project management dynamics. The internship activity can be partly recognized.
Previous professional activities are eligible for partial recognition as internship activity, only if it is relevant to the issues of Master’s Course in Strategies and Techniques of Project Management.
