INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT TO OBJET PROVIDED BY ART. 21 OF THE EU REGUALATION 2016/679

Anybody involved in the processing of personal data relating to him, carried on by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO for the performance of a task of public interest or in the exercise of public powers of which it is responsible or for pursuing a legitimate interest of its own or of third parties, has a right to object as per art. 21 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, at any time, demonstrating legitimate grounds relating to his particular situation.

In case of objection the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO shall no longer process the personal data of the concerned person unless there are compelling and proved legitimate grounds obliging it to their treatment or unless these personal data are treated only for statistical purposes in the performance of a task of public interest.

The International Telematic University UNINETTUNO is a non-state telematic university, authorized as per the Ministerial Decree of the 17/04/2003 to deliver academic titles as per the Ministerial Decree of the 22/10/2004 n° 270 and in the framework of these activities it performs a task of public interest and it has public powers that it exercises in compliance with the rules governing university education.
