The first teaching activities of "Virtual Mobility", the virtual mobility program born from the agreement between the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO and UNED - Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia of Madrid, have officially started.
The program is aimed at promoting the exchange of students participating in the project through which they can attend distance courses without additional registration costs, and obtain the recognition of the examinations taken previously approved by the relevant Faculty Council. Through the virtual international mobility program, students can complete a study experience with a foreign university in absolute flexibility and without moving from their own country, and obtain recognition of ECTS credits for the courses passed.
The courses available come from the Faculties of Sociology and Political Science and Administration at UNED, and the Faculties of Economics, Law and Communication Sciences at UNINETTUNO. The first students from both Universities, selected through a call for applications, are now supplementing their studies with courses delivered in e-learning mode on their respective platforms, UNINETTUNO and UNED.
The duration of the "Virtual Mobility" period is divided into two academic sessions. The first runs from October 1, 2022 to February 15, 2023 with the examination sessions between January 25 and February 14, 2023. The second runs from February 15 to June 15, 2023 with the examination sessions between May 25 and June 14, 2023. There is also an extraordinary exam session between September 1 and 15, 2023.
