EADTU - UNINETTUNO JOINS THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
|
The Annual conference of the "EADTU - European Association of Distance Teaching Universities", the association of which the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO is a historical partner, took place from 19 to 21 October in Athens. It was a particularly important appointment for UNINETTUNO since, besides being the only Italian university (both among the traditional and the online ones) present in the team and in the Board of Directors, it was also officially elected as a member of the SUPERVISORY BOARD of the association.

On Thursday, Oct. 27 and Friday, Oct. 28 starting at 09:00 a.m., the conference "Understanding National Security Concerns in Light of FDI Screening" will be held in Rome. The event organized by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, together with the CELIS Institute in Berlin and the University of Uppsala, will feature distinguished national and international guests.

“The Gates of Heaven”, Vittorio De Sica’s movie restored version screened by CAST
|
The restored version of the film "La Porta del Cielo (the Gates of Heaven)," directed by Vittorio De Sica and screenplay by Cesare Zavattini, first released in cinemas on December 22, 1944, in whose production the Holy See also participated, was screened at the 17th edition of the "Rome Film Fest". The restoration project, highly appreciated - particularly by the event's president, Gian Luca Farinelli - was supervised by the CAST (Catholicism and Audiovisual Studies) Research Center of the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, which worked on several projects since 2020 in collaboration with important partners such as Istituto Storico Luce Cinecittà, Società San Paolo and the "Bambino Gesù" Children's Hospital.

GreenSCENT, citizen education for the green transition
|
The first face-to-face meeting of 'GreenSCENT - Smart Citizen Education for a Green Future', the project led by the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO, which aims to raise awareness and change the behavior of citizens (particularly young people) in order to implement the European Commission policies as it regards the 'Green Deal', was held in Rome, from the 11 to the 13 October, measuring its effectiveness in terms of awareness, competence and implicit attitude, key factors for behavioral change for environmental protection and, consequently, for the survival of humankind.

Roma 28 Marzo 2022 - Si è tenuto oggi, presso la sede dell’Università Telematica Internazionale Uninettuno, il Digital Talk sui risultati del progetto “Rebuild”, finanziato dalla Commissione Europea nell’ambito del programma quadro Horizon 2020. Grazie a “Rebuild” è stata affrontato con un approccio innovativo il tema dell'integrazione di migranti e rifugiati attraverso la fornitura di soluzioni basate sull’intelligenza artificiale e le tecnologie digitali, volte a migliorare il loro processo di inclusione.
